Perry High School 2026 Prom: A Night Under the Floating Lanterns, May 2nd, 7-10:30 PM.

A Night Under The Floating Lanterns - Prom 2026

Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 7:00-10:30 pm at St. John Vianney (7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor, OH). Tickets are $60/person and include refreshments, dinner & dessert. Purchase tickets from Mrs. Sorine in the HS Office, April 27-May 1. Cash or Check (payable to PHS) only.

If you are bringing a guest from a different high school, a completed Guest Permission Form (available in the office) is required before purchasing tickets.

Spring ELA End-of-Course exam is scheduled for April 21 & April 22.

PHS will have an adjusted bell schedule ​​​​​​on April 21 and April 22 for the ELA II End-of-Course testing.

The test dates for the End-of- Course ELA II exam listed on the printed calendar are incorrect. The calendar shows test dates on May 21 & May 22; however, the correct test dates are April 21 & April 22Please update your schedules accordingly.

Graduation Cap Decorating Sessions

The Creative Makerspace (Room 350) will be open on Monday, May 11, and Wednesday, May 13, from 2:30–4:00 PM for students to customize their graduation caps.

Please note that caps must remain in the room during the session. All decorating supplies will be provided—bring your creativity and ideas!

Graduation Questionnaire

The Commencement and Future Plans Questionnaire in Google Forms should be completed by Wednesday, April 15th, or sooner. This information is read at commencement and is also included in the printed commencement program.

It is very important that students and parents complete this form together. Contact Ms. Gigante or Mrs. Holderman with questions or if you need additional information.

Senior Decision Day

Attention seniors: April 30th is our annual Senior Decision Day, which will be outside of the Goodwin Theatre during ICE and lunch blocks. Auburn students may stop by before leaving school.

This is for ALL seniors to declare their plans: employment, military, trade school, & college. As always, we have encouraged the students to wear something that represents their plans, as they will have their photo taken holding their certificates. We hope you consider wearing a shirt/sweatshirt, as well, representing your school/path.

  • April 17th - Grace Kuka From Lincoln Electric Weld School - Robotics Welding 9:15 am-10:15 am
  • April 24th - Maroun Moussallem from Joining Metal will be here at PHS in the welding classroom from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

If you are interested in learning about these upcoming events, please contact Mrs. Soeder to express your interest and attend a session. Seniors who are looking to enter the workforce are encouraged to attend.
