Perry Foundation Loan Application

Perry Foundation loans are available to all students who are enrolled, attend, or have graduated from the Perry Local Schools who are or will be full-time students (12 credits or more) pursuing post secondary education, including two-year, four-year or technical school. The loan application requires that you submit the attached documents to the Trustees of the Perry Foundation by June 15th of each year

    • Open to all U.S high school students in grades 9-12.

  • IVY COMMUNITY IMPACT SCHOLARSHIP

    Empowering Futures Through Compassion and Education
     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduating high school seniors and post-secondary students who live in or attend school in Lake County, Ohio, including homeschool students.
    • Minimum 2.50 GPA and plan to pursue further education at an accredited college, university, trade school, or other eligible educational institution.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to service, personal growth, and community awareness. Applicants must also complete a tour of the Ivy Women's Center before submitting their application.

     

    AWARD AMOUNT

    $1,000

    Paid directly to the recipient's educational institution as credit to the student's account.
