Audriana is spending her summer at Great Day Daycare in Perry, where she’s gaining valuable experience supporting both the staff and the young children in their care. From assisting behind the scenes to leading small groups, Audriana is growing more confident in her ability to lead, communicate, and enforce expectations—all essential skills for a future educator.

Her supervisor, Eileen, shares that “Audriana is able to jump right in to support our work without step-by-step direction. She is detail-oriented and adjusts well to change.” It's clear that Audriana is making a strong impression and showing just how ready she is to take initiative.

This internship follows her spring experience with LLA Therapy in Mentor, where she worked alongside a team of occupational, physical, behavioral, and speech therapists. That opportunity gave Audriana exposure to a wide range of careers that support young children’s development and helped solidify her passion for the field.
She even took time to share her experience with Mrs. Bezzeg’s Child Development class at Perry High School, showing just how eager she is to give back and inspire others.'
